Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
- If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
- Custom or pre-order items may have longer processing times. Please refer to the product page for specific details.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 5-7 business days.
- Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 1-3 business days.
- Overnight Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 1-2 business days. (Available for selected products or regions)
Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., postal service delays or customs processing for international orders).
Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 2 hours.

We currently ship to the US, Australia, and International regions.
- For domestic shipping within the United States, we offer both standard and express options.
- For international shipping, delivery times may vary depending on the destination, and customs regulations may cause additional delays.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Gemini'z Gems is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the customer’s responsibility.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
Gemini'z Gems is not liable for any products lost or damaged during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Be sure to save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Incorrect Shipping Information
If a package is returned to Gemini'z Gems due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the reshipment costs. Please ensure all shipping details are accurate before completing your order.
Order Cancellation & Changes
Once an order has been shipped, we cannot change the shipping address or cancel the order. If you need to make any changes to your order, please contact us at geminizgems2@gmail.com within 1 day of placing your order.
